This letter is to inform you that we are vacating your apartment on 1^st October 2016. The lease expires on 2^nd November, but we will have to leave your flat before that as we are moving into our new house.

Our new address will be 23 Sundown E, Los Angeles, CA 90120. I would request you to forward our security deposits to my account. If you want, you can check the condition of the house before we leave so that you can put it out on rent again. At the time we move out, we’ll ensure that all utilities are transferred smoothly.
