This letter is to inform you that your employment with Velvet Industries Ltd. has been terminated for misconduct effective from 3rd October 2016.

We have received repeated complaints about your misconduct and abuse of power while treating your colleagues as the Process Manager at our company. After a thorough investigation, we found these complaints to be true and valid. We had warned you last month, but your conduct has only grown worse.

We will send you the termination papers in a week. Please sign and send them back to us. On the completion of this process, you will receive the leaving salary, medical and insurance pay due till 3rd October 2016. We thank you for your valued inputs to the company’s growth and wish you the best for your future.
