Subject: Complaint to airline about the unprofessional behavior of flight attendants

Dear Mr. Penn,
This is to inform you that I have faced rude and unprofessional behavior from your flight attendants on Flight No-6E207 which was traveling from Tampa to London.
The incident transpired after the plane took off from Tampa. I ordered a hamburger and waited for an hour for it. At last, I had to ask a flight attendant who went by the tag Lita to check if my burger was ready. She informed that it was impossible to serve the order as the pantry had gone empty. I couldn’t understand why the order was taken if the pantry was empty. When I asked her to refund the money that I have paid for the burger, she rudely exclaimed that it is against the policy of in-flight catering. So, I paid for a burger which I was never served.
Besides the monetary loss, the behavior and the incompetency of the flight attendant shocked me. I want a copy of the policy that states that your airline cannot refund money for the food it did not serve. I also demand a written apology. If I do not receive any reply within two weeks, I will have to consider my legal options.
Sincerely,
Lewis Penn.
