Dear Mr. Michaels,
This is to inform you that I am a regular customer at your retail store and have always received excellent service and salesmanship. However, on 1st August 2016, I was exposed to rude and irresponsible behavior at your store.
I had purchased two trousers from your retail outlet at 50 Bridge Street, Brooklyn. As I approached a salesperson who went by the name tag John for length-alteration, he said he cannot take the measurements and will request somebody else. After waiting for thirty minutes, I was informed that the measurements cannot be taken on that day. I was shocked by this behavior and demanded an explanation from the floor manager, Rob. He rudely told me to either buy the trousers as it is or let them be.
I am angry and frustrated with what transpired and as a loyal customer, I request you to take strict steps against such incompetent employees.
