Dear Mr. Strokes,
I am writing this letter to bring to your notice that I had booked hotel and air tickets through your travel agency for an Egypt trip on 1st January 2016. The trip turned into a nightmare because of your irresponsible bookings.
My perils started when I found out that you had booked my tickets in the Economy class and not in the Executive class as I had instructed you to. The hotels where you had made reservations for me were so substandard that on reaching each location I had to change hotels. I incurred a huge financial loss due to this.
I request you to refund the money that I had given you for the bookings. If you are not open to this proposal, I will take aggressive legal measures.
